The purpose of our mobile passenger assistance device is to help EMT users in the street, at bus stops and transport interchangers resolve any doubts they might have, provide information and notify them of any incidents that may affect the service (route diversions and changes; temporary closure of bus stops; any type of alteration made to the service) The staff who provide this service (in their distinctive green jackets) are also there to provide information on board our buses to dispel any doubts or answer any questions you might have regarding EMT’s routes and timetables or any other matter related with our service
