This consists of the installation of photovoltaic panels at EMT's Carabanchel and Entrevías operations centres. In addition to the improvements in efficiency and energy use, as well as the economic savings involved, the project promotes the development of sustainable public infrastructures and the achievement of a zero-emission public transport system, also enabling clean and sustainable mobility. A total of 2,290 photovoltaic panels will be installed, 1,037 at the Carabanchel operations centre and 1,253 at the Entrevías centre, all with an output power of 480 Wp. This project involves the structural analysis of the roofs on which the panels will be located (reinforcing them if necessary) and the supply and installation of the photovoltaic panels, inverters, support structures, electrical panels, wiring and channelling up to the connection with the electrical panel. Subsequently, both installations will be tested and commissioned. Thisproject is co-financed with €718,836.67 from the European Regional Development Fund.
